Job summary

PNC is seeking a Personal Banker at the Cheshire Bridge branch in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, while enhancing the customer experience and financial wellbeing.

You will collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet and drive revenue, engaging customers via multiple channels and leveraging technology to position suitable PNC solutions.

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree or related experience may be considered.
• Typically requires 3+ years experience in a similar role.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet.
• Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.
