Job summary

First Community Credit Union is seeking a Personal Banker for the Spring Branch location in Houston. The PB will work with existing members and actively solicit new members to use our credit union products and services.

The role requires 1–3 years of sales or financial institution experience where goals/quotas were met, with Saturday availability and a focus on cross-selling opportunities while managing appointments and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of financial or related experience with meeting sales goals/quotas on a routine basis.
• Saturday availability is required.
• Proven ability to provide excellent member service and to pursue cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist existing members and solicit new members to use credit union products and services.
• Manage multiple appointments in a busy branch while handling daily administrative tasks.
• Meet monthly goals and actively seek cross-sell opportunities.
