Job summary

PNC is seeking a Personal Banker for the Adams Township branch in Mars, PA. This in-office role focuses on growing the customer base, delivering proactive sales and service, and strengthening client relationships through personalized financial solutions.

You will engage customers in the lobby, educate on digital tools, and collaborate with ecosystem partners to enhance their banking experience. Prior banking/customer service experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in banking or retail.
• Associates degree or equivalent experience may be considered.
• Background in customer service and financial services helpful.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drives proactive sales conversations via internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows share of wallet through differentiated customer experience.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems to drive loyalty.
• Manages risk by adhering to policies and procedures and supporting branch daily operations.
