This in-office role focuses on acquiring and deepening the branch customer base, delivering proactive service and tailored financial solutions to customers. You will collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet, drive revenue and loyalty, and guide clients through PNC products while maintaining risk controls.

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree required, with related experience or product knowledge.
• Typically requires 3+ years of experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manages the customer experience by improving the customer's financial wellbeing.
• Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet.
• Positions PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Drives proactive sales conversations through a defined sales process including outbound calling and lobby engagement.
• Delivers a full PNC conversation to identify appropriate solutions.
• Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
