Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume, sales environment
• Advise customers on bank products and services to support financial goals
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions
• Assist with new account production targets as assigned
• Participate in in-store prospecting within the branch
• Process deposits and cash transactions accurately and balance daily operations
• Receive and verify cash and checks, detect counterfeit items
• Enter transactions into computer and issue receipts
• Sell money orders, cashier’s checks, wires, and CDs
• Handle Western Union wires and cash advances as needed
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish-speaking customers
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisors
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Operate computer and office equipment; assist with other duties as required
