Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
• Understanding of consumer credit including loan to value, debt to income and credit reports.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
• Demonstrated ability to influence partners such as Investment Services, Mortgage and Business Banking sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to uncover needs and provide guidance for financial wellness.
• Open personal and business accounts and promote deposit and lending products.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates to drive client acquisition and deepen relationships.
• Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security and audit policies and proper documentation.
• Support branch operations and assist with teller transactions when needed.
