The role requires high-quality communication, teamwork, and compliance with laws and bank policies; training will include a first-week trip to Wichita and ongoing customer service excellence at Equity

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capable of working with a team to determine solutions.
• Ability to travel to Wichita, KS during first week of employment for training.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships through professional conversations and trust.
• Discover key life events to tailor banking products and services.
• Recommend and provide accounts, loans, and services meeting client needs.
• Promote bank products and services within and outside the bank.
• Proactively refer to bank partners to generate additional revenue.
