Job summary

Citi is seeking a Personal Banker SAFE Act in Los Angeles and Westside Area Branches to support sales, service and relationship building with individual clients. You will work with the customer service team to foster loyalty and grow Citi’s consumer business through cross-selling and enhanced service experiences.

The role emphasizes compliance with banking policies and risk controls while delivering high-quality client interactions and leveraging digital channels for product offers.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Banking, retail or sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Smart Banking tools and technologies.
• NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing client requests and cross-sell treasury and related products.
• Develop referral opportunities through COIs and MGM program.
• Support strategies to grow the small business book of clients.
• Deliver client services via outbound and inbound calls to acquire and deepen relationships.
• Coach branch staff on products and programs, identify client needs and referrals.
• Educate clients on service options and digital channels, presenting financial solutions.
