Citi in Torrance, CA is hiring an entry-level Personal Banker SAFE Act to support sales and service activities with the customer service team. You’ll help build relationships with consumer clients and increase loyalty while learning banking products and procedures.

You’ll handle teller support, cross-sell treasury products, and refer larger lending opportunities while ensuring compliance with Citi policies and the Safe Act. This is a full-time role with competitive benefits.

Formación

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in sales and service activities to grow relationships.
• Build referral opportunities through COIs and the MGM Program.
• Assist in strategies to grow the small business client and implement sales plans.
• Deliver client services and outbound/inbound calls to acquire new relationships and deepen existing ones.
• Coach branch staff on products and programs and provide referrals.
• Educate clients on services and digital channels and present financial solutions.
