Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with lending opportunities under $250K and cross-sell treasury products.
• Build referral opportunities and grow Centers of Influence relationships.
• Assist in sales strategies to target Book of Business clients.
• Deliver client services and outbound/inbound calls to acquire and deepen relationships.
• Coach branch staff on products and referrals.
• Educate clients on service channels and present financial solutions.
• Adhere to Citigroup policies, standards, and risk controls.
