Selected candidates will undergo a 4-8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service. Upon completion, candidates will be certified to demonstrate the skills necessary for a Retail Personal Banker I role. This position focuses on using a consultative sales process to proactively identify and meet customer financial needs, mainly through acquiring new households and deepening existing relationships via lobby leadership, aisle time, and tele-consulting. Responsibilities include processing teller transactions and working as part of the platform staff.
The role emphasizes risk management, ethical behavior, and delivering a positive customer experience, all within the bank's risk appetite.
