Job summary

Liberty Federal Credit Union is seeking an Account Service Representative (Personal Banker) at the Lovers Lane Office in Bowling Green, KY. You will assist members with banking needs, enroll them in products, and maintain knowledge of credit union services while handling transactions and Notary duties.

The role supports branch operations including loan processing, deposit ADT activities, and occasional Saturday management. A HS diploma or GED and 18+ are required; banking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required and at least 18 years of age.
• Flex schedule and travel to other office locations when needed.
• Stand for long periods and perform some heavy lifting.
• 1–2 years of cash handling experience.
• Banking experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Meet with members to determine banking needs and recommend accounts.
• Assist members with enrolling in credit union products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of account types, services, policies and procedures.
• Open/close safe deposit boxes and act as Notary Public.
• Assist with consumer loan processing and lending documents.
• Perform member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments) and balance cash.
• Open/close office on rotating basis and cover Saturday management as needed.
