Job Title: Personal Banker at Valley Bank

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Providing exceptional customer service aligned with Valley's mission statement, engaging customers with friendly and professional service.
2. Possessing knowledge of all bank products and services, educating customers, demonstrating product features, and cross-selling various offerings.
3. Presenting a confident and professional demeanor to establish trust, analyzing customer needs, and recommending appropriate products and services.
4. Meeting with customers to analyze financial needs, maximizing sales opportunities, opening new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs), and discussing/selling loan products. Demonstrating online and mobile banking services to customers.
5. Meeting customer expectations and achieving service quality standards. Participating in the sales referral process, coaching, and mentoring branch staff.
6. Performing all required customer transactions efficiently, using appropriate technology, maintaining and balancing a cash box, and supporting the use of Teller Scanning Equipment, Cash Recycling, and Cash Dispensing machines.
7. Acting as Vault Teller to ensure adequate branch cash, assisting in ordering and distributing currency.
8. Participating in community events (e.g., Habitat for Humanity), supporting CRA initiatives, activities, and programs.
9. Reporting significant matters and unusual customer activity to the manager, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
10. Adhering to the Bank's Code of Conduct, policies, and procedures.
