Responsibilities

• Take, process, and decision all types of consumer loans.
• Talk with members to find out their needs and offer products and services to meet those needs.
• Manage the opening of personal and business accounts.
• Serve as a trusted adviser by viewing situations from the member's perspective to effectively respond to their needs and concerns.
• Research and resolve member inquiries, concerns and issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• 1+ year of banking experience. Previous sales experience is essential to this role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and navigating the internet efficiently.
• Ability to interact with a wide variety of people, remaining calm, professional, and solutions-focused.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a changing environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
