Job Description

The Personal Banker Associate has responsibilities as both a Teller and a Personal Banker. The role involves efficiently processing customer transactions, generating new business, and deepening relationships by promoting products and services. The position requires providing high-quality customer service, achieving sales goals, and supporting banking center staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming environment
• Provide exceptional customer service while meeting goals
• Build and maintain customer relationships to identify financial needs
• Promote financial products and services
• Open deposit accounts and process loan applications
• Handle customer transactions accurately in a fast-paced setting
• Generate new business through networking

Required Skills
