Job Description

1. Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty.
2. Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointments, and lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty. Deliver comprehensive PNC solutions during all client interactions and leverage community partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
3. Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Engage customers in the lobby to connect and position PNC products. Educate customers on managing transactions using technology and resources.
4. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify and resolve customer issues effectively, enhancing loyalty.
5. Manage risk by adhering to policies and demonstrating sound judgment. Participate in branch operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
