As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Aurora, OH.

Job Description

1. Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow customer share, and positioning PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty.
2. Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty. Deliver comprehensive PNC conversations to identify suitable solutions and leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence.
3. Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through differentiated experiences, lobby engagement, and educating customers on managing transactions using technology and resources.
4. Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues, enhancing loyalty.
5. Manage risk by adhering to policies, demonstrating sound judgment, participating in branch operations efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications
