As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Parma, OH.

Job Description

  1. Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve their financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty.
  2. Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Deliver comprehensive PNC conversations to identify suitable solutions, leveraging community and ecosystem partnerships.
  3. Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through differentiated experiences. Perform lobby activities to connect with customers and educate them about managing transactions using technology and resources.
  4. Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues effectively, enhancing loyalty.
  5. Manage risk by adhering to policies and demonstrating sound judgment. Participate in branch operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

Candidates should demonstrate relevant skills, experience, and education. Typically, roles require 3+ years of experience and an Associates degree or equivalent. A combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
