Job summary

MRV Banks, located on-site in Ste. Genevieve, seeks a Full Time Personal Banker to deliver exceptional customer service, open and maintain personal and business accounts, and support teller transactions. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule, with Saturday rotation, and starts at $18 per hour.

Educate customers on digital banking tools, make product recommendations based on needs, and help the community move toward financial goals within a growth-minded, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; some college is a plus.
• Customer service, banking, or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Strong communication, accuracy, and organization skills.
• Friendly, solution-oriented mindset; reliability.

Responsibilities

• Open and service personal and business deposit accounts.
• Support teller transactions and account maintenance.
• Assist customers with online and mobile banking tools.
• Recommend banking products based on customer needs.
• Maintain accuracy, compliance, and professional service.
• Support branch goals through teamwork and relationship building.
