Expands customer base through technical knowledge of retail services, products and selling techniques. Opens a variety of business and consumers deposit accounts after determining the customer’s needs. Performs Teller job functions such as processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, stop payments, cashier checks and money orders and processing account holds. Resolves a variety of customer complaints and inquiries and maintains contact with customers through telephone or written communication as required.
