As a Personal Banker, you will strengthen customer relationships with a defined sales process. You will spend most of your time engaging customers in sales conversations to identify appropriate financial solutions. This position, within PNC's Retail Branch Banking Network, is based in Frederick, MD at the Frederick Shopping Center branch.

Job Description

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve their financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers' share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty. Deliver comprehensive PNC conversations to identify suitable solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence for relationship growth.
• Create customer loyalty and expand customer share of wallet by providing a differentiated experience. Perform lobby activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and resolve customer issues effectively, enhancing loyalty.
• Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Participate in branch operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

Compensation

Base salary ranges from $46,800 to $64,975, with potential variability based on location, skills, and experience. The role is incentive-eligible, with performance-based bonuses.
