As a Personal Banker, you will strengthen customer relationships with a defined sales process. You will spend most of your time engaging customers in sales conversations to identify appropriate financial solutions. This position, within PNC's Retail Branch Banking Network, is based in Frederick, MD at the Frederick Shopping Center branch.

Work experience typically requires an Associate's degree or equivalent and 3+ years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
No specific certifications or licenses are required, but candidates will undergo background checks as per regulations.
Base salary ranges from $46,800 to $64,975, with potential variability based on location, skills, and experience. The role is incentive-eligible, with performance-based bonuses.
