The Personal Banker position within PNC's Retail Banking organization is based in Frederick, MD.

Job Description
  • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve their financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow the customer's share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty. Conduct comprehensive PNC conversations to identify suitable solutions and leverage community and ecosystem partnerships for relationship growth.
  • Create customer loyalty and expand customer share of wallet by providing a differentiated customer experience. Engage customers in the lobby to connect and recommend PNC products that meet their needs. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using available technology and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and resolve customer problems effectively, fostering loyalty.
  • Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and participating in branch operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
