As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail organization, you will be based in Absecon, NJ.

Job Description
  • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve their financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty.
  • Drive proactive sales conversations via internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, to enhance client loyalty. Deliver comprehensive PNC conversations to identify suitable solutions and leverage community Centers of Influence and ecosystem partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
  • Create customer loyalty and increase share of wallet through differentiated customer experiences. Engage customers in the lobby to connect and position PNC products to meet their needs, educating them on managing transactions using available technology and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to effectively identify, mitigate, and resolve customer issues, fostering loyalty.
  • Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and participating in branch operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Work Experience & Education
