Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and reminders
- Track expenses and organize financial and administrative records
- Coordinate personal and occasional professional logistics (e.g., travel, appointments, errands)
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
- Prepare and edit written correspondence and spreadsheets
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with care
- Provide occasional on-site support (errands, document handling, organizing)
- Troubleshoot minor technology issues (e.g., printer problems, device syncing)
- Communicate effectively via email, phone, and text
Qualifications
- Must live within 30 miles of Chapel Hill, NC
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative or personal assistant experience
- Strong computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office required
- Experience with Apple/macOS systems preferred
- Comfortable troubleshooting minor tech issues (printers, syncing, etc.)
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion, integrity, and reliability
- Detail-oriented with a strong aptitude for numbers and recordkeeping
- Self-starter who works well independently with minimal oversight

- Flexible availability to respond to time-sensitive needs during agreed-upon hours
Compensation: Hourly, commensurate with experience
