Glory to Glory Support Services LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking a compassionate Person Support professional to join our growing team. You will provide direct, person-centered support to individuals in daily living activities and help with personal care, while encouraging independence and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in direct support, caregiving, or human services preferred.
• Genuine compassion and patience when working with individuals needing support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a background screening and meet state compliance requirements.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• High school diploma or GED required.
