Job summary

Workstream seeks a Person In Charge to oversee in-store operations and back of house paperwork. You will implement systems and procedures with integrity, close shifts, and manage busy rushes while upholding brand standards.

The role requires 30+ hours per week, ability to work evenings, and comfort working in a high-paced environment. Opportunities for growth and promotion are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 30 hours a week
• At least 18 years of age
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations in the store
• Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
• Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees
• Ability to work evenings/nights

Person In Charge (PIC) work with General Manager to oversee in-store operations and back of the house paperwork. Managers must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity.

Person in charge responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Completing closing procedures
• Managing Brand standards
• Following and executing Jimmy Johns operations
• Managing busy rushes

Requirements, Skills, and Abilities:
