Job summary

Jimmy John's is seeking a 3rd Assistant Manager for the late night shift to lead store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. The PIC will oversee in-store tasks alongside the General Manager, modeling integrity and high standards.

Starting wage is $14 per hour or more for late night shifts (10 pm–4 am) on Friday and Saturday, with responsibilities across team leadership, cash handling, and ensuring safety and quality in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Able to work 40+ hours per week
• 18+ with valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Basic understanding of Word, Excel, Outlook and Acrobat
• Capable of training and performing all Assistant Manager, PIC, InShopper and Delivery Driver roles
• Able to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations
• Organize and set priorities in store with supervision
• Willing to coach and supervise employees

3rd Assistant Manager (Late night Shift)

We are looking for the next ROCK STAR to join our family at Jimmy John’s!!! PIC (Person In Charge) is similar to a 2nd Managers. PIC's oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. The The PIC plays a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. The PIC must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As an The PIC , your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive. Starting wage of $14 per hour or more for late night shifts (10 pm-4 am) on Friday and Saturday.

Requirements:

• Ability to work a 40+ hour week
• At least 18 years of age, with valid driver license and clean driving record
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Must be able to perform, teach and train all aspects of Assistant Manager, PIC, InShopper and Delivery Driver positions, as needed
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store
• Organize and establish priorities in the store with supervision
• Willing to coach and task-manage employees on store operations

Additional Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver license, car and clean driving record
• Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly throughout shifts
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F
