Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field, at least three years coordinating DD services, strong oral and written communication, basic math, and the DODD Service and Support Administrator certification;

Qualifications

• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills for record keeping and reporting.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Mature judgment and ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate development and ongoing review of the person-centered assessment and ISP.
• Assist individuals and families in identifying and obtaining services from community resources.
• Document Medicaid billing as required by guidelines and ensure compliance with regulations.
