Responsibilities:

• Research municipal codes for potential job sites
• Schedule and coordinate inspections for completed jobs
• Maintain permit database and archive
• Apply for and coordinate sign permit applications
• Provide minor support to sales teams
• Misc. office duties including answering phones, etc.
  
  

Ideal candidate will have the following experience/traits:

• Google Sheets
• Adobe Acrobat
• Microsoft Outlook/Office
• 2-3 years office environment
• Municipal codes/construction experience a plus
• Inquisitive nature
• Multitasker
• Ability to work independently
• Self-starting and self-organizing skills a must
