Pulley, a company accelerating permitting for construction, seeks a permitting specialist in Ohio. You will support lead project managers, conduct permit research, and collaborate with city staff to resolve ambiguities, monitoring status and ensuring timely responses.

Competenze

• 3+ years in construction management or architecture with a focus on project management.
• Experience applying for and obtaining construction permits.
• Ability to research permit requirements with accuracy.
• Comfortable interfacing city staff and navigating administrative processes.
• Clear communicator with a strong attention to detail.
