Job summary

Pulley, the AI-powered permitting platform, seeks an in-house permitting coordinator to help our customers move quickly from planning to opening. You will support lead project managers to deliver fast, reliable permitting outcomes.

In this role you will conduct permit research, assist in preparing permit plans, and collaborate with city staff. You will monitor status, provide feedback to product and engineering teams, and help refine standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction management or architecture
• Experience applying for and obtaining construction permits
• Ability to research permit requirements with accuracy
• Comfortable interfacing city staff and navigating administrative processes
• Clear communicator with a strong attention to detail
• Proactive problem solver

Responsibilities

• Support lead project managers in delivering great permitting outcomes
• Help conduct permit research with a high degree of accuracy
