Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction management or architecture with a focus on project management
• Experience applying for and obtaining construction permits
• Ability to research permit requirements with accuracy
• Clear communicator with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Support lead project managers in delivering permitting outcomes for customers
• Help conduct permit research with a high degree of accuracy
• Collaborate with city staff on nuances and ambiguities
• Monitor permit status and ensure timely responses
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to refine the software platform
• Work with permitting leadership to refine standard operating procedures
