Job summary

Pulley is seeking candidates to join our in-house permitting team in Nevada. You will support project managers, conduct permit research, and help prepare permit plans to achieve fast, reliable outcomes for customers.

You will collaborate with city staff, monitor permit status, and provide feedback to product and engineering teams to improve the permitting platform. A strong attention to detail and proactive problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects in construction or architecture environments.
• Experience applying for and obtaining construction permits.
• Ability to research permit requirements accurately and efficiently.
• Comfortable interfacing with city staff and navigating administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Support lead project managers in delivering permitting outcomes for customers.
• Conduct permit research with a high degree of accuracy.
• Assist in preparing permit plans and documentation.
• Collaborate with city staff on ambiguities and nuances.
• Monitor permit status and ensure timely responses.
