Pulley is seeking a Permit Coordinator to support lead project managers in delivering permitting outcomes for customers in the US. You will conduct permit research with high accuracy and assist in preparing permit plans.

Collaborate with city staff to navigate ambiguities, monitor permit status, and provide feedback to product and engineering to refine our platform. This is a full-time role with equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction management or architecture with project management focus.
• Experience applying for and obtaining construction permits.
• Ability to research permit requirements accurately.
• Comfort interfacing city staff and navigating administrative processes.
• Clear communicator with strong attention to detail.
