Job summary

Pulley is seeking a Colorado-based professional for our in-house permitting team to drive fast, reliable permitting outcomes for customers. You will support lead project managers, conduct permit research, and assist in preparing permit plans.

Collaborate with city staff, monitor permit status, and provide product feedback to improve our software platform and SOPs. 3+ years in construction management or architecture is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction management or architecture with a project management focus.
• Experience applying for and obtaining construction permits.
• Ability to research permit requirements with accuracy.
• Comfort interfacing with city staff and navigating administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Support lead project managers in delivering permitting outcomes for customers.
• Help conduct permit research with a high degree of accuracy.
• Assist in preparing permit plans.
• Collaborate with city staff on nuances and ambiguities.
• Monitor permit status and ensure timely responses.
• Provide feedback to product & engineering teams to refine the software platform.
• Work with permitting leadership to refine standard operating procedures.
