Job summary

Lalaland Support Center LLC is seeking a Permitting Manager to own the entitlements and permitting process for new La La Land Cafe locations. You will act as the bridge between Construction, Architecture, and Engineering to ensure fast, compliant plan submittals and timely openings.

The role requires coordinating with municipal officials and expeditors, managing fees, and building a scalable permitting process across six states and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of permitting/entitlements experience across multi-state retail or hospitality.
• Experience coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Architecture preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Review, submit, and close permit applications across multiple jurisdictions.
• Track permits against standardized timelines and flag delays.
• Manage permit fees, forecasting, and vendor payments.
• Develop relationships with municipalities and code officials.
• Coordinate with Construction, Architecture and Engineering on RFIs.
