Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, track, and maintain permit applications and supporting docs.
• Coordinate permit approvals, revisions, inspections, and closeout activities.
• Work with municipalities, inspectors, engineers, homeowners, and internal teams to obtain approvals.
• Resolve blockers and escalations to keep projects progressing.
• Schedule inspections and maintain permit records and status updates.
• Communicate permit status to branches, customers, municipalities, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all jurisdictional permitting requirements.
