Job summary

Ideal candidates will have an associate or bachelor’s degree preferred and 2+ years of permitting experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred (planning, construction management, engineering, or related field).
• 2+ years of permitting or regulatory coordination experience preferred.
• Familiarity with municipal permitting processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and track permit applications with local, state, and federal agencies.
• Coordinate with planning, zoning, building, and environmental departments.
• Maintain permit logs, status reports, and project documentation.
• Review drawings and project documents for permitting completeness.
• Communicate permit requirements, timelines, and conditions to project teams.
• Respond to agency comments and coordinate resubmittals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations.
