Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and track building permit applications
• Liaise between internal departments and external agencies
• Review permit comments and coordinate revisions
• Ensure documents meet jurisdictional requirements
• Coordinate submission of plans and manage timelines
• Obtain required bonds and manage payments
• Provide weekly permit status updates to teams
• Maintain records of permit submissions, fees, and expirations
• Monitor changes in permitting rules and inform teams
• Support weekly home start goals with timely permits
• Provide general office support as needed
• Other duties as assigned
