• Accurately code, enter, and review weekly invoices within deadlines.
• Organize completed work orders per customer processes.
• Understand divisions within customers for accurate invoice distribution.
• Ensure timely entry of completed invoice information in systems.
• Support field staff with daily paperwork and duties as assigned.
