Qualifications

• Prefer a construction background.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Products.

Responsibilities

• Data entry / Data collection.
• Digital filing.
• Professional communication with field crews and customers.
• Process field data including utility locates, measurements and compliance documents.
• Read and understand underground utility prints.
• Read utility maps including GIS mapping technology.
• Create billing/mapping rough sketch forms for individual premises for crews in the field.
• Liaise between customers and field crews on mapping issues.
• On-site measuring and documenting installed utilities.
• Create paper maps documenting utilities as they are installed.
• Create complete As-Builts documenting work completed.
• Read sewer As-Builts to guarantee no conflicts with installed utilities.
• Process mapping information from the field using Excel.
• Process billing information from the field using Excel.
• Process material information from the field using Excel.
• Data backup using Egnyte.
• Various other duties as assigned
