Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise ABC agents, employees and taxpayers on permitting requirements and procedures.
• Review and process ABC permits and cannabis licenses.
• Process fingerprint-card submissions, including FBI cards.
• Complete daily permitting tasks.
• Maintain manager applications, transfer requests, and officer-change records.
• Verify and update permit information in MARS and NIC.
• Prepare and submit deposit slips.
• Open, stamp, sort, and distribute department mail.
• Handle permitting-related calls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
