Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative/customer service experience required.
• Building and/or construction knowledge or background preferred.
• Permitting and/or municipal experience is a plus.
• ICC Permit Technician Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with all customers to service building department related needs.
• Issuing and/or tracking permits through the permitting process from application to closure.
• Establishing systems to organize files, manuals, reports, drawings, and data.
• Collaborating with plans examiners and inspectors to ensure consistent processes.
