You will ensure all wetspace renovations are fully compliant, permitted, and ready for installers, turning complex bureaucracy into a smooth start for clients’ home transformations.

Your mission is to ensure every "wetspace" renovation is fully compliant, permitted, and ready for our installers to hit the ground running without delays. • Compliance & Administration: Review project scopes for local code alignment and keep internal systems (Buildertrend/CRM) updated with real-time data and costs.

What You Bring

• Experience: 1+ years as a Permit Technician or in a similar role within the construction/remodeling industry.
• Local Knowledge: A strong understanding of Southern California building codes and permit requirements for residential bathroom renovations.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with e-permit portals, Microsoft Office, and project management software (Buildertrend experience is a major plus).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you can navigate a city counter or a Zoom call with equal professionalism.
