Job summary

CPH is seeking a skilled Permit Coordinator to manage the full permitting process for multiple jurisdictions. The role requires coordinating with agencies, project teams, and clients to meet regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and at least 3 years of experience in permitting within the AEC industry, with proficiency in standard permitting software such as Accela or ePermits.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of permitting processes, land development, zoning regulations, and environmental compliance.
• 3+ years experience in permitting and project coordination, preferably within AEC or professional services.
• Experience with financial tracking, contracts, and multi-disciplinary project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, track, and manage permit applications across land development, zoning, construction, and environmental approvals.
• Coordinate with agencies to ensure compliance with permitting regulations and project timelines.
• Work with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to align permitting strategies with project goals.
• Maintain permit databases, documentation, and reporting to track status, expirations, and roadblocks.
