Responsibilities

• Receiving OD/OW, Fuel, and Trip permit orders from customers by phone, email, and fax.
• Entering and updating customer and vehicle information accurately.
• Communicating with state Department of Transportation (DOT) offices.
• Receiving and processing issued permits.
• Completing customer orders and preparing them for invoicing.
• Providing professional and responsive customer service.
• Assisting Permit Consultants and other team members as needed.
• Managing multiple requests while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
