Pason Systems USA Corp is seeking a proactive Drilling Field Sales Technician for the East Permian region. You will directly support customers on drilling and service rigs, install equipment, and ensure system functionality, with travel to Midland, Odessa, and Rankin as needed.

The role emphasizes sales-focused service, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a demanding field environment. Training is provided and a bonus program is in place.

Responsibilities

• Focus sales efforts by understanding customer issues and provide solutions using Pason equipment.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend product changes.
• Install Pason equipment to company standards.
• Ensure Pason equipment functions to customer satisfaction.
• Explain system operation and features to users.
• Maintain records on Pason equipment and customers in the Operations Database.
