Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Direct Care Specialist to assist with admission and orientation of participants and provide ongoing monitoring in our behavioral health programs across Arizona.

You will support patients in both voluntary and involuntary settings and help with discharges. Required: a BHT or EMT certification, a clear 39-month MVR, a Level I fingerprint clearance card, and be at least 21 years old.

Qualifications

• Must have a BHT or EMT certification.
• Must have a clear 39-month MVR record and must be able to present report at time of interview.
• Must have a level one fingerprint clearance card.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Behavioral health/substance abuse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and orientation of participants.
• Provide ongoing monitoring of patients in voluntary and involuntary facilities.
• Assist with patient discharges.
