Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months recovery from substance use or mental health disorders.
• Minimum 6 months experience in Behavioral Health or Substance Abuse field.
• Current AZ Driver's License in good standing.
• Clear 39-Month Motor Vehicle Record.
• CPSS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Addiction and Substance Use Disorders certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer support one-on-one and assist with day-to-day problem solving for community reintegration.
• Engage with members using assertive engagement, harm reduction and peer support practices.
• Promote recovery, safety, and inclusive environment for clients.
