Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Peer Support Specialist to provide recovery-focused, one-on-one support within PCMH/OTP Community-Based Services across Arizona.

You will apply assertive engagement and harm-reduction strategies to assist clients with day-to-day problem-solving, engagement with services, and successful reintegration into the community. Join a team focused on dignity, respect, growth, and continuous training in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• CPSS certification required or able to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Six months recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders.
• Six months experience in Behavioral Health and/or Substance Abuse field.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one peer support addressing day-to-day problem-solving.
• Engage clients using recovery-oriented practices, assertive engagement and harm reduction.
• Support reintegration into the community and continuity of care.
